Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Actions taken through your account are deemed authorized by you. Please notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes others' rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system or attempt to bypass its security measures
• Send excessive automated requests that disrupt the Service's normal operation
• Open an account on behalf of a company you are not authorized to represent

Content and Data Ownership

Your survey answers, uploaded documents, and the reports produced from them belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we process your data. The platform itself (the software, design, and brand) belongs to Svaryon.

Current Status and Changes

Hukuk Check-up is currently in early access and offered free of charge. We may update the Service, its features, or these terms from time to time; we will notify our registered users of material changes.

Closing Your Account

You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
