So your score and findings aren't a "black box," here is every step of the calculation, explained plainly.
The assessment covers 8 domains that make up your company's legal risk surface (Corporate Structure, Contracts, Labor Law / Employees, Intellectual Property, Data Protection (KVKK), Commercial Relations / Suppliers, Licenses / Permits, Dispute History), totaling 104 questions. You can also attach relevant contracts and documents, which are included in the analysis.
Your answers for each domain (and any documents you uploaded for it) are sent to OpenAI's AI model. The model identifies gaps or situations in your answers that could create a concrete legal risk; for each finding, it produces a severity level (low/medium/high/critical) and a concrete, internal action your company can take.
The model only evaluates based on the answers you provide; questions you left unanswered or answered "I don't know" are evaluated too, since an unknown situation can itself be a risk signal.
Our team regularly monitors official Turkish sources — the Official Gazette (Resmi Gazete), KVKK Authority announcements, and mevzuat.gov.tr — and any verified, current development relevant to a given domain is factored into the analysis. An unverified or unclear development is never included.
Each domain receives a score between 0 (very high risk) and 100 (no risk). Your report's overall risk score is the average of these 8 domain scores — meaning a low score in a single domain also pulls the overall score down.
