Why We Built Hukuk Check-up

When you run a company in Turkey, you typically don't know where your legal risk actually sits until a problem surfaces — an outdated signature circular, a missing contract clause, a forgotten KVKK obligation. Most of the time these look like small, ordinary parts of day-to-day operations — until they turn into a lawsuit, a fine, or a shareholder dispute.

We didn't solve this by building an "AI lawyer." Not only is legal advertising restricted in Turkey, but we don't believe in that idea to begin with — we don't think an AI should replace a lawyer's judgment. Instead, we asked the opposite question: before you go to a lawyer, how do you even know where your company is exposed?

Our answer wasn't a chat box — it was a structured scan: 8 domains, 104 questions, none skipped. Because no matter how polished it sounds, an AI's answer to an open-ended question like "what's my company's risk?" is only as reliable as the structure behind it.
