Your company information, survey answers, and uploaded documents are retained for as long as your account remains active and as long as necessary to provide you with service. No fixed maximum retention period applies — data is held only for as long as your account exists.
You may request permanent deletion of your entire account or of a specific assessment at destek@hukukcheckup.com. Your request is processed within a reasonable period and the relevant data is permanently removed from our systems.
Once a deletion request is processed, the relevant records are permanently removed from our database and file store, and cannot be recovered.
